1. Introduction

Looksmax AI ("the App") is developed by Bulpara Inc. This privacy policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our AI-powered facial analysis service.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the App, you submit selfie photos for AI analysis. These photos are transmitted securely to our servers for processing. We also collect:

• Analysis results (scores, feature breakdowns, tips)
• Analysis history for progress tracking
• Device identifiers for rate limiting and abuse prevention

3. How We Use Your Data

Your selfie photos are sent to our backend API for AI analysis. Photos are processed by a third-party AI model (Replicate) and the resulting analysis image is stored on Cloudflare R2 for retrieval. We use your data solely to provide the facial analysis service and track your progress over time.

4. Camera Access

The App requires camera access to capture selfie photos for analysis. You may also select existing photos from your gallery. Photos are transmitted to our servers exclusively for AI analysis and are not used for any other purpose.

5. Data Storage & Retention

• Submitted photos are processed and stored securely on Cloudflare R2
• Analysis results are stored to enable progress tracking features
• No account or personal information (name, email, etc.) is required to use the App

6. Advertising (Free Tier)

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Premium subscribers see zero advertisements and no ad-related data collection occurs. For details, see Google AdMob Privacy.

7. Subscription Data

Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. We verify subscription status to unlock premium features but do not receive, process, or store any payment information. Subscription management is handled entirely by Google Play.

9. Data Security

• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• API authentication via secure API keys
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse (100 requests per minute)
• Images stored on Cloudflare R2 with access controls

10. Data Deletion

You can delete your analysis history from within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of server-side data (stored images and analysis results), contact us at the email below.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us to request data deletion.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
