By downloading, installing, or using Looksmax AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Looksmax AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze facial features from selfie photos. The App provides an overall attractiveness score (1–10), scores across 6 facial features, personalized improvement tips, perceived age estimates, and progress tracking. The App is developed and published by Bulpara Inc.

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

The App provides AI-generated analysis for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. Scores, tips, and assessments are generated by an AI model and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. Results are subjective and should not be used as the basis for medical decisions, cosmetic procedures, or mental health assessments.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws. You must only submit photos of yourself or photos for which you have explicit consent from the person depicted. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, icons, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Bulpara Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Your submitted photos and analysis results belong to you.

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Google Play's terms and policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Settings.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI analysis results are subjective and may vary. Bulpara Inc. does not warrant that results will be accurate, consistent, or error-free. In no event shall Bulpara Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress related to analysis results.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the transmission of your selfie photos to our servers for AI analysis and the storage of analysis results as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for users who violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
